My stay at the Maroko Bayshore Suites was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious, felt a bit empty and lacked warmth, plus the smiles from the staff were not the friendliest. However, the location was quite impressive, offering a nice pool area and attentive staff. The dining experience was subpar, despite some satisfactory elements. Overall, there were some highlights but also areas that require improvement.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel; the room was sparkling clean, spacious, and had a perfect energy balance, making it so comfortable and peaceful. The service was good overall, friendly and well-mannered, though a bit unorganized. The location, being on the island, was awesome with an ambiance that enticed pleasure, but there was a slight inconvenience with the smell of sewage nearby. The dining experience had significantly improved since my last visit but could use more options. Facilities were adequate.
